your credit card information.

now or hereinafter developed. The entire Content of the Site covered under the U.S.

Chene Royal relies on third parties to supply certain content of the Site. If you
believe that your rights under United States or international copyright laws are
infringed by any Content posted on or transmitted through the Site, or by the items
advertised on the Site, please contact us promptly so that we may investigate the
alleged infringement and, if appropriate, block or remove the infringing content
and/or advertisements.

Chene Royal and other marks displayed on the Site are trademarks or service marks
of Chene Royal, Inc., in the United States and other countries. Our graphics, logos,
page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks or trade dress
of Chene Royal, Inc. Chene Royal's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in
connection with any product or service that is not authorized by Chene Royal in
writing. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing our
name or trademarks without our express written consent.
SITE ACCESS
You may not download (other than page caching) or modify the content of the Site
or any portion of the content, without our express written consent. This includes:
a prohibition on any resale or commercial use of the Site or its content; any collection
and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of
the Site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for
the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data
gathering and extraction tools. The Site or any portion of the Site may not be reproduced,
duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any purpose

YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree
to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
We and our affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove
or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
EXPORT
The U.S. export control laws regulate the export and re-export of technology originating
in the United States. This includes the electronic transmission of information and
software to foreign countries and to certain foreign nationals. You agree to abide
by these laws and their regulations-including but not limited to the Export Administration
Act and the Arms Export Control Act and not to transfer, by electronic transmission
or otherwise, any Content derived from Chene Royal to a foreign national or a foreign
destination in violation of such laws.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Based on manufacturer restrictions, Chene Royal reserves the right not to ship certain
products outside the U.S. For products shipped outside the U.S., manufacturer warranties
may not be valid and manufacturer service options may not be available.
Furthermore, the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance
with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. Electric
equipment may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards.
The responsibility for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the
destination country and for clearing destination country customs is solely that
of the customer.
SHIPPING
You are responsible for shipping costs. From time to time, Chene Royal has a promotion
involving reduced or free shipping. In the U.S. we ship to residence addresses and
business addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, hotels, motels, and resorts. For
international orders, we ship to residence addresses only.
SALES TAX
Chene Royal collects sales tax when shipping to Florida or New York. Customers are
responsible to comply with any state taxes and laws. If you need more information
on the tax rules and regulations in your state, please contact your local state
tax division.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept the following methods of payment: Credit cards: Use your American Express,
Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card. PayPal: USA, UK, and Canada only. Shipping address
must be a PayPal confirmed address.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates must be redeemed through the Web site toward the purchase of products
listed in the Chene Royal online catalog. A gift certificate is valid for a limited
time only and expires on the date specified in the certificate. Gift certificates
are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. If a gift
certificate is used to purchase one or more products with the total price lower
than the value of the gift certificate, the unused balance will be placed in the
recipient's gift certificate account and will not transferable. If a gift certificate
is used to purchase one or more products with the total price higher than the value
of the gift certificate, the balance due on an order must be paid by one of the
acceptable payment methods. Users of fraudulently obtained gift certificates will
have their accounts closed. Chene Royal is not responsible for lost or stolen gift
certificates. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for international orders.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means
that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to
the carrier.
LINKS
We are not responsible for the substance of any content linked to or from cheneroyal.com
or any bulletin board associated with Chene Royal. These links are provided for
your convenience only and you access them at your own risk. Any other website accessed
from the Site are independent from Chene Royal, and Chene Royal has no control over
the content of the other website. In addition, a link to any other web site does
not imply that Chene Royal endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content
or use of such other website. In no event shall any reference to any third party
or third party product or service be construed as an approval or endorsement by
Chene Royal of that third party or of any product or service provided by a third

HYGIENE AND USE OF MERCHANDIZE
For your safety and well being we strongly recommend and urge you to sterilize all
items of personal hygiene before and after each use and to use all treatments according
to their individual descriptions, instructions and/or specifications. If you experience
any discomfort or injury please seek immediate assistance from your hygiene professional
or a physician. Please use all items of personal hygiene and treatments responsibly
and with caution.
The customer is solely responsible for proper and lawful use of the merchandize
sold as prescribed by the laws and regulations of customer's locale. Chene Royal
is responsible and will not be held liable for any discomfort, injuries or damages
resulting from any use of the sold merchandize.

instruments and treatments. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware

SALE AND POSSESSION OF KNIFES AND OTHER DANGEROUS INSTRUMENTS
Municipalities, states, and countries have individual laws regulating sale and possession
of knifes and other dangerous instruments. It is the responsibility of customer
to be aware and follow these laws. Chene Royal, Inc. will not be held liable for
customer's failure to comply with the local laws and regulations.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The Site is provided on an "AS IS," "as available" basis. Neither Chene Royal. warrant
that use of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Chene Royal does not warrant
the accuracy, integrity, or completeness of the Content provided on the Site. Further,
Chene Royal makes no representation that the content provided on the Site is applicable
or appropriate for use in locations outside of the United States. Chene Royal, Inc.
specifically disclaims warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including

or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states
liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Prices and availability
of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected

TERMINATION OF USAGE
We may terminate your access or suspend your right to access to all or part of the
Site, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is
in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another person
or Chene Royal.
USAGE BY CHILDREN UNDER 18
We cannot prohibit minors from visiting the Site. We must rely on parents, guardians
and those responsible for supervising children under 18 to decide which materials
are appropriate for such children to view and/or purchase. We require that all purchases
be made either (i) by individuals 18 years of age or older, or (ii) give verifiable
permission for such minors to purchase items on the Site and for the collection
by us of certain information in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy.
EACH TIME YOU PURCHASE A PRODUCT AT Chene Royal, Inc. , YOU ARE REPRESENTING TO
Chene Royal, Inc. THAT YOU ARE EITHER AN INDIVIDUAL 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, AND
FOR THE COLLECTION BY US OF CERTAIN INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF
OUR PRIVACY POLICY.
APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting the Site, you agree that the laws of the State of New York, without
regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions
and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Chene Royal, Inc.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site or to products you purchase
through the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in New York, New
York, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to
violate Chene Royal, Inc.'s intellectual property rights, Chene Royal, Inc. may
seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the
State of New York, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Arbitration under this Agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing
of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding
and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the
fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement
shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement,
whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products or services,
you can return it to us for refund within the following conditions. Your return
must be in the same condition and packaging as you received it and the order must
be returned within 30 days since the day invoice date, unless a promotional return
policy is in effect. We will refund the amount of your purchase, minus the amount
actually paid for shipping. If your purchase received the promotional free shipping
in case of a return the cost of actual shipping will be withheld from the returned
amount. You are responsible for any shipping, handling, and gift wrapping charges
you might incur.
All returned items must be in the original condition and in original packaging,
with all tags intact. Used items will be sent back at the customer's expense.
Please note that items showing signs of wear or damaged in any way, other than manufacturing
defects, cannot be accepted for return. Returns require a Chene Royal Return Authorization
code, which may be obtained over the phone or through e-mail. Returns without the
Chene Royal Return Authorization code or improperly returns will not be accepted.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Treatments (packaged individually or in a kit), which among others include creams,
powders, lotions, soaps, wipes, scrubs, oils, nail polishes & lacquers, nail polish
removers, cleaners, moisturizers, balsams, deodorants, baths, sprays, masks, balms
shaving creams, shaving soaps etc.
- Shaving brushes, straight razors, and blades (packaged individually or in a kit)
- Clearance items
- Damages or altered items.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies, such as our Privacy and Security Policy, posted
on the Site. These policies also govern your visit to the Site. We reserve the right

If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable,
that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability
of any remaining condition.
