However, ordering from our site is not only exceptionally secure and convenient, it is also much more rewarding. If you register on our site and place the order online you will be eligible for special offers and discounts available only for our on-line customers.

To place an order on-line simply locate the product or products you are interested in and click on the "Add to Cart" button. You can view your cart anytime by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" icon in the upper left hand corner of the site. Once you have selected the items you would like to purchase in your cart click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the cart page. Chene Royal offers a five-step checkout process:

  • Shipping Cart
  • Address(es)
  • Shipping Method
  • Payment Method
  • Review
  • Receipt

Step 1: Shopping Cart
The shopping cart contains all the items you selected while shopping. During this step, you can add or delete items, change quantities and request gift-wrapping. All the discounts and promotions are automatically applied and the total is calculated. You can also redeem your gift certificate or use your promotion coupon by entering its code in the provided filed.

Step 2: Shipping and Billing Address
You are asked to provide your shipping and billing address. Please note: for security reasons, billing address must match the address on file with your credit card company. Your order will not be processed without this correct information.

Step 3: Shipping Method
Once you submit your shipping and billing addresses, specify the shipping method.

Step 4: Reviewing Your Order
At this point, you can make changes or go ahead and place your order.

Step 5: Payment method
Now, specify the payment option.

Step 6: Order Confirmation
Once you place the order, a final summary and confirmation of your order appears.

ORDER STATUS & HISTORY

We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship, to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. To access web order status, order history and other account information click on "My Account" link. If you already have an account on with Chene Royal, please provide your login information and click on "Sign In" button. If you still do not have an account with Chene Royal, then follow the easy steps of our New Customer Sign up process.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Chene Royal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Chene Royal Gift Certificates and PayPal.

When you place your order, you will be asked to submit a credit card number over the Internet. We secure all payment transactions using the latest encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer or SSL). Please note, billing address must match the address on file with your credit card company.

SALES TAX POLICY

Chene Royal is required to charge sales tax to items sold and shipped within Florida and New York. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of each item, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Items sold and shipped to other states will not be charged sales tax. Sales tax will not be applied for the purchase of gift certificates. Purchases paid for with gift certificates may be subject to sales tax if items are sold and shipped to Florida or New York.

New York sales tax is 8.875%.

CANCELING OR MODIFYING AN ORDER

You may cancel your order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. Although, may not cancel the order once it is shipped, you may return the order (or certain items) by following the return instructions.

GIFT CERTIFICATE

One payment option is to use your gift certificate when checking out with your Chene Royal account. You are presented with an option of redeeming a gift certificate during checkout. To redeem:

  • Select the items you want to purchase;
  • Add them to your shopping cart,
  • Provide your billing and shipping information;
  • Enter your Chene Royal Gift Certificate number in the corresponding field; and
  • Continue with our secure checkout.
Alternatively, you can redeem your Gift Certificate to receive store credit at any time by clicking on the button "Your Account" and entering your Chene Royal Gift Certificate number in the appropriate field.

COLOR AND SIZE CONSISTENCY

Please be aware that due to different monitors and their settings, any online representation of a color and size may differ from the true color and size of an item.

BACKORDER POLICY

We update our inventory regularly and make every effort to keep all merchandize in stock. Sometimes, however, the demand for certain products exceeds our stock. When we occasionally run out of individual products, we make every effort to replenish our stock to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. The backordered items are clearly marked on the Site with the earliest expected date those items will be sent out.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER BY CHENE ROYAL

Chene Royal reserves the right to cancel an order any time before it has been shipped and the credit card has been charged if one or more of the following conditions applies:

  • Product pricing error. If a product is accidentally listed with a lower than the correct price, we may cancel your order and optionally notify you of the cancellation. If the correct price is lower than the correct price, we will adjust your payment accordingly without contacting you.
  • Misuse or abuse of a gift certificate or promotion codes. If you misuse or abuse a gift certificate or a promotional code, Chene Royal may adjust the price to remove the benefit of the misused or abused benefit or cancel the order. If you are unsure of the Terms and Conditions of a certain code, please contact us at legal@cheneroyal.com prior to placing an order.
  • Billing information provided for the credit card does not match the information on file with the card issuing bank.
  • Credit card charge is declined by the financial institution.
Please note: The issuance of an order number or the receipt of a confirmation email does not serve as a guarantee that an order will be fulfilled. No order is final until a Chene Royal representative confirms that none of the aforementioned conditions apply to that order.

ADDRESS ERRORS

A fee will be applied to all orders where:

  • An incorrect address has been provided by the customer and the package is returned as undeliverable;
  • An incorrect address has been provided by the customer, resulting in a surcharge from the carrier. Such an error may include, but is not limited to, invalid or incomplete address information; incorrect zip code; incorrect state or country information; typographical errors; or transposed digits; or
  • A move or sudden change of address results in the refusal or non-delivery of an order.
The fee will include a $5.00 handling charge plus any applicable costs related to re-routing, forwarding, or redelivering the parcel(s). Please note that there is no charge for address changes that are made before an order is shipped.
