Welcome to the Chene Royal website (the "Site").
Chene Royal Inc. is confident that the products on our Website is of the highest
quality. But if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of the
products, you can return it for a refund. The following terms and conditions apply:
- All returned items must be in the original condition and in original packaging,
with all tags intact. Used items will be sent back at the customer's expense.
- All returned items must be received by Chene Royal Inc. within 30 days of the date
of the invoice.
- Shipping and/or gift-wrap charges are non-refundable. In case of an exchange regular
shipping charges will apply. If your original purchase received the promotional
free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be subtracted from the refunded
amount.
Items not eligible for return or exchange:
- Treatments (packaged individually or in a kit), which among others include creams,
powders, lotions, soaps, wipes, scrubs, oils, nail polishes & lacquers, nail polish
removers, cleaners, moisturizers, balsams, deodorants, baths, sprays, masks, balms
shaving creams, shaving soaps etc.
- Shaving brushes, straight razors, and blades (packaged individually or in a kit)
- Clearance items
- Damages or altered items.
CHRISTMAS-TIME RETURN EXTENSION
Items purchased on or after October 1 may be returned as late as January 15 of the
next year or within a 30-day period, whichever is longer.
IMPORTANT NOTES AND RESTRICTIONS
As a safeguard against potential abuse, Chene Royal reserves the right to deny a
refund to anyone who has made what Chene Royal determine to be excessive returns.
IF YOU ARE MISSING AN ITEM
If upon receipt of your package you find that any item is missing or damaged, there
is no reason to return the order. Please contact us immediately. Depending on your
instructions we will ship you a replacement item covering the shipping costs or
refund the price of the missing item.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Contact us at 877-324-9494 (M - F 10AM to 5PM EST) to obtain a Return Authorization
Number. Write that number on your shipping label (the upper left corner of the back
of your invoice/receipt/packing slip);
- On your invoice/receipt/packing slip circle the item(s) you are returning;
- On the back side of your invoice/receipt/packaging slip, briefly state the reason
for your return.
- Place all items you are returning, with their original packaging and include the
original invoice/receipt/packaging slip in the box.
- We recommend that you insure your package. Chene Royal will not be responsible for
loss or damage of return shipments.

Upon receiving your return, our Quality Assurance department will approve the condition
of the item(s). Once the approval is granted, your refund or exchange will be processed
within a few days.
Please note that items showing signs of wear or damaged in any way, other than manufacturing
defects, will not for return. Returns without the Chene Royal Return Authorization
Code as well as improperly-packaged returns will not be accepted.
